The client

Goobne is a global brand, known for its commitment to healthy, oven-roasted chicken. With a mission to be the top choice for health-conscious consumers, Goobne focuses on delivering food that is H.O.T.—Healthy, Original, and Trendy. To show appreciation, they offer vouchers to employees and partners, which can be shared with friends, fostering relationships and goodwill.

The challenge

Despite its global reach, Goobne’s voucher program relied on labor-intensive, paper-based methods. As the business expanded, it became clear that this manual system was no longer sufficient. The company needed a streamlined, automated solution to manage both digital and paper vouchers efficiently, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the user experience.
