  • Event & Fan club functions: Fans can easily apply for events such as fan signings and purchase exclusive fan club merchandise. This feature is enhanced by an event system tied to product purchases, allowing fans to participate in promotions and automatically manage winners.
  • Global sales & shipping: The platform supports global sales, offering shipping to 140 countries. It integrates features like quantity- and weight-based shipping cost calculations, EMS delivery systems, and pricing adjustments to include local taxes and fees. Fans around the world can use payment systems such as Toss, PayPal, and international cards for a smooth checkout experience.
  • Chinese market customization:
    Recognizing the unique needs of Chinese users, the platform integrates WeChat and Alipay for payments, provides SMS and ID verification systems, and deploys services in a local cloud environment to comply with Chinese legal and censorship requirements.
  • Order automation: Through integration with warehouse APIs, the platform automates the entire order process, from receiving and packaging orders to issuing shipping commands, optimizing efficiency and reducing human error.

Challenges & Solutions

During development, the project team faced several challenges that required innovative solutions:

  • Global sales integration: One of the major hurdles was integrating payment and shipping systems to accommodate 140 countries. The team developed a flexible system that factors in various shipping methods, local tax rules, and country-specific pricing, ensuring seamless transactions for global fans.
