Yes, during our initial meeting, if you can provide details of your existing hiring process, we can integrate it with the recruitment process in Vietnam. Then, we can design the entire interview process accordingly. For example, in Vietnam, we could have the first stage as a phone screening, followed by a development task in the second stage. Candidates who pass these stages could then proceed to the client's technical interview as the third stage and a final interview as the fourth stage

In Vietnam, the probation period is typically two months. During this time, we thoroughly evaluate candidates before transitioning to the regular contract. Throughout this period, the Burningbros HR team is assigned to assist with onboarding and evaluating team members.
