Managing electric forklift fleets efficiently involves coordinating many moving parts, from operational performance to maintenance scheduling. This project centers around a platform designed to simplify and enhance the management of electric forklifts for a diverse set of users, including fleet managers and drivers. Through web and mobile apps, the platform offers robust tools for tracking efficiency, diagnosing issues, ensuring timely maintenance, and enabling real-time management.

One significant challenge was the handling of the large volume of real-time data transmitted via the MQTT protocol. Refining, analyzing, and presenting this data through the dashboard posed unique difficulties. Moreover, applying this new protocol to the system involved several rounds of trial and error to achieve optimal results.
The development process involved setting clear goals, refining system features, designing a user-friendly interface, and concluding with development and quality assurance to ensure performance and reliability.
Style guide / Design system
