Holic project aimed to create a customized lesson platform where individuals and professionals are connected within a local community. The platform allows users to find suitable instructors, book lessons, and enjoy additional community features. After successfully refactoring the client's in-house code, we launched the app, enabling efficient lesson management for instructors and better opportunities for learners.

Key Features and Product Characteristics

• Customized Lesson Matching: We developed a mobile platform that recommends the most suitable instructor based on users' needs, goals, and preferred learning styles.
• Convenient Lesson Search and Reservation: Users can easily browse through instructors and book lessons, while instructors can access more opportunities through the platform. Real-time reservation tracking is also included.
• Community Features: Added a community function that allows users, instructors, and students to connect, share information, and enjoy a well-rounded learning experience.

Challenges

‍The primary challenge was defining the business logic for payments and settlements in the admin backend. Additionally, aligning these processes with offline practices added complexity, as lesson matching between users and instructors had to be efficient and seamless.

Development process

We took over the unfinished project, carefully analyzed the existing code, and rewrote it for better structure. Then, we developed the key features, ran QA tests, and successfully launched the app, ensuring a stable operational environment.
