Challenges

The project required handling multiple facets simultaneously. Collecting and consolidating data from live commerce and open market platforms was a challenge. Additionally, implementing COD payments and syncing with local delivery systems to accommodate Vietnam’s unique needs added complexity. Through clear communication and close collaboration with partners, these hurdles were overcome.

Development process

The development process began with thorough research on market demands and product characteristics. A minimalist and intuitive UI/UX design was created to enhance usability.
